Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Taco Time is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead a team of 3-4 staff members in the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as estimating ingredient and supply requirements.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Budgeting and Record Keeping: Prepare budgets and cost estimates, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules for staff members, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
