Fish Processing Supervisor Position in British Columbia
About the Job:This is a full-time position at GreenTech Resources Worldwide Canada, located in beautiful British Columbia. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising food and beverage processing staff.
Key Responsibilities:The key responsibilities of this role include resolving work problems, recommending measures for continuous improvement in productivity and product quality, providing training and coaching to production staff, identifying, evaluating, controlling, and preventing hazards throughout the production process, and ensuring that HACCP, GMP, and QA standards for food regulations are met.
Requirements:To be considered for this position, candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in fish processing or 3+ years in food manufacturing, as well as English proficiency. This is essential for effective communication in the role.
Terms of Employment:This is a permanent position with a regular 40-hour workweek. The company offers a competitive salary, and being bondable is a requirement for this position.
Estimated Salary:$22 per hour
