Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at PALFINGER AG. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of inventory and shipments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sort and prioritize deliveries to meet inventory availability and delivery requirements
  • Pick and assemble ordered components for packing, verifying accuracy and quantity
  • Check and rectify discrepancies in inventory and shipments
  • Secure shipping containers to prevent damage or loss of components
  • Generate pick slips and delivery notes, and enter shipment details into the shipping system
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and communicate with supervisors and colleagues as needed

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with additional certification in automotive parts or a related field a plus
  • 5 years of warehouse experience, with previous experience in an automotive parts role preferred
  • Forklift experience required, with ability to complete in-house forklift license requirement within 4 weeks
  • Strong attention to detail, with ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively with colleagues and supervisors
