Cloudflare Security Leadership Position

This is a senior leadership position at Cloudflare, where you will be responsible for managing a team of product managers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to shape the company's security strategy and products.
As a Senior Director of Product Management, you will have a deep understanding of technical subjects and the internet, as well as exceptional people skills and empathy. You will be expected to hire and build a great team, report progress to senior leadership, and engage at an executive level across the company.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in a management position or substantial management experience in cross-functional roles/entrepreneurship. They will also have customer-facing experience, with large customer engagement with executive leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-moving and ever-changing environment.
Responsibilities- Take leadership and manage a team of product managers to ensure coverage and accountability for various projects.
- Work horizontally with disparate groups such as Engineering, Program Management, Finance, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, and external vendors.
- Span timescales from short-term deliverables like supporting product launches to medium-term ones like migrating customers to new systems and longer-term implementations of net new solutions.
- Span domains, letting other teams rely on roadmaps while being responsive to interrupt-driven business shifts, and proactively communicating with other teams to maintain trust.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively, listening, learning, synthesizing, and influencing through persuasion.
- Represent Cloudflare, speaking to customers about their concerns and plans in the billing domain, and providing and demanding accountability for commitments.
