Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our brand's unique flavors and ingredients
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Maintain high-quality food safety and sanitation standards, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Collaborate with our buying team to source the freshest ingredients and supplies, negotiating prices and contracts as needed
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels and expenses
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform menu development and improve overall dining experience
  • Work closely with our marketing team to create engaging content and promotions that drive sales and increase brand awareness
  • Conduct regular kitchen audits to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to maintain efficiency and productivity


Requirements:


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • 3+ years of experience in a senior culinary position, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven track record of leadership, including supervising teams and driving results
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment, including commercial ovens, stoves, and dishwashers
