Job Title: Senior Retail Sales Manager

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail sales management role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance, inventory levels, and customer interactions.

Requirements:
