Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales associates, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales associates to duties and tasks
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels
- Authorize returns and exchanges
- Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data
- Resolve customer complaints and issues
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe store environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management
- Basic security clearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The Retail Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a team of sales associates. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and sales.
