  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Communicate with remote operations to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Follow up on issues with work orders to ensure timely resolution.
  • Keep track of shipments to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices is essential.
  • Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate tracking.
  • Prepare purchase orders to ensure timely procurement of materials and supplies.
  • Monitor inventory levels of issued materials and stocks to ensure optimal levels.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare reports to track inventory levels, supply chain performance, and other key metrics.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Client focus and excellent written communication skills.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and flexibility.
  • Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
  • Team player with excellent analytical skills.
Experience:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
  • Permanent position with 35 hours per week.
  • Language of work: English.
