Health & Home Care Society of BC is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead its operations and set a vision for the future. As a pivotal moment in the organization's history, this role will play a key part in shaping the direction of the society.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in healthcare leadership, with experience overseeing fundraising, program development, financial management, and staff supervision. They will report directly to the Board of Directors and be responsible for ensuring the organization fulfills its mission and serves the community effectively.

A strong advocate for the organization, the successful candidate will promote awareness of programs and goals, cultivate relationships with key external partners, and work closely with the Board to guide strategy. They will also motivate and empower staff to achieve their best work.

As a seasoned leader, the Executive Director will bring a passion for Care BC's mission, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance short-term needs with long-term planning. They will have a deep understanding of BC's healthcare system and a proven track record in raising funds.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
