Key Responsibilities:- Identify, assess, and mitigate enterprise risks across all business units.
- Develop and implement risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and track key risk indicators (KRIs).
- Provide risk management expertise to support compliance functions and regulatory requirements.
- Embed risk management into our organization's strategic planning and culture.
- University degree in business, risk management, law, finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing an ERM program.
