Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in a secondary school setting. The position is a Full Time Secondary Long Term Occasional Teaching Position, effective immediately until the return of the incumbent, but not beyond June 25, 2025.

Keewatin-Patricia District School Board is a dynamic and diverse educational institution serving approximately 5,000 students across 17 elementary and 6 secondary schools in Northwestern Ontario. Our board is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth.
Responsibilities:
- Teach and mentor students in a secondary school setting
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
Requirements:
- Ontario College of Teachers Certificate of qualification
- Three professional references
