Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and supporting the sales and merchandising efforts of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Utilize Farm Boy's Service Standards to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Store Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including the retail floor, stockrooms, and back offices.
    • Perform general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
  • Sales and Merchandising
    • Support the sales and merchandising efforts of our store, including maintaining attractive and well-stocked displays.
    • Assist customers with product information and recommendations.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
