As a key member of our Governance and Control team, you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on governance and control data, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance our internal controls.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and report on governance and control data, providing insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Monitor and assess risks associated with legal processes, ensuring controls are in place to mitigate potential issues.
  • Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure alignment with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular testing of internal controls to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of governance and control processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Support investigations of governance and control incidents, contributing to root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, communicating governance and control findings, risks, and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance governance and control processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Legal department.
  • Assist in developing and delivering training materials to increase awareness of governance and control practices.
