About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Saagar Constructions Inc. As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and maintaining inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and Coordinate Tasks: Plan and prioritize tasks to achieve work objectives, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Operational Logistics: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including the management of inventory, supplies, and equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, track inventory movements, and ensure that inventory is properly stored and secured.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the work environment is safe and secure.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop employees in their duties and policies, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report accidents, distress signals, navigational hazards, and other emergencies to the relevant authorities, and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: A college or CEGEP diploma is required.
  • Experience: Experience in inventory control, logistics, or a related field is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
