Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to join our team at Bayshore Healthcare. As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will provide high-quality home health care to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide client care by utilizing observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, counseling, and health teaching skills.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Perform routine nursing duties, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal client outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited Licensed/Registered Practical Nursing Program.
  • Current registration with the provincial licensing body.
  • Previous experience in the acute care sector or long-term care.
  • Demonstrated clinical competencies, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively.
