About the Role:
The Credit Supervisor position at Alberta Ltd. is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and resolving work problems. This role involves training workers in duties and policies, co-ordinating activities with other work units or departments, and establishing work schedules and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train workers in duties and policies to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their tasks effectively.
- Ensure the smooth operation of equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
Work Environment:
- Permanent position.
- English language required.
- 32 to 40 hours per week.
