About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at ITFG Global Visa Consultancy Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team members in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Coordination and Organization: Coordinate and organize seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as plan and control budget and expenditures.
  • Human Resources: Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals, including supervising staff, training, and developing strategies.
