The Investor Relations team at iCapital plays a vital role in supporting investors, financial advisors, and home office personnel with their investments on the iCapital technology platform. They collaborate closely with fund sponsors using the platform for distribution, striving to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive overall success.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding process for financial advisors and wealth managers, encompassing website registration and handling client subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers.
- Guide clients on key aspects of capital calls, distributions, and reporting.
- Foster excellent client relationships through responsive phone and email support, addressing a diverse range of inquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with high-profile fund managers to facilitate their fundraising efforts by navigating clients through the subscription process and managing fund closings.
- Deliver personalized account coverage, working closely with internal relationship managers to address clients' needs and objectives.
- Ensure seamless capital activity and account maintenance processing by collaborating with the fund administrator.
- Prioritize client satisfaction by providing exceptional 'white glove' service.
