  • Manage the operations of a department providing a single administrative service, including planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily activities
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial reports
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the department
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience
  • Experience in administrative services or a related field is an asset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines
