Rush roofing and exteriors is seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with built-up roofing systems, asphalt shingles, and masonry or baked clay roofing tiles. Responsibilities include installing and repairing roofing systems, instructing apprentices, and applying waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces.

As a Roofing Specialist at Rush roofing and exteriors, you will work on a variety of projects, from residential to commercial, and collaborate with our experienced team to deliver high-quality results. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for roofing, we encourage you to apply.

Key responsibilities:

  • Install built-up roofing systems using materials such as asphalt saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel
  • Install or replace asphalt shingles, wood shingles and shakes and masonry or baked clay roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings
  • Repair or replace single-ply roofing systems
  • Instruct apprentices
  • Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Hybrid work environment
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
