We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering user-centered solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**

  • **Design and Development**
    • Translate complex product requirements into intuitive and user-friendly designs.
    • Design and prototype user interfaces, user workflows, sitemaps, personas, interaction models, and visual design elements for web applications.
    • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to oversee the development, testing, and implementation of design ideas.
  • **Team Leadership**
    • Manage, mentor, and inspire other designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
    • Advocate for the design team and its role within the company, articulating design decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
  • **Design Strategy**
    • Work with company leaders to shape the future of our product, ensuring design has a seat at the strategic decision-making table.
    • Influence product strategy by bringing user-focused design considerations to the table, promoting a design-centric culture within the company.

**Requirements**

  • **Design Experience**
    • Proven track record of generating design ideas required to solve complex problems.
    • Experience working closely with development teams using agile practices to produce real-world products.
  • **Technical Skills**
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
  • **Soft Skills**
    • Excellent communication and team working skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
