As a Corporate Lawyer/Associate, you will provide strategic legal guidance to clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, contract law, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

  • Membership in good standing with the provincial Bar.
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a law firm setting.
  • Strong understanding of corporate law, including M&A, governance, and compliance.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
