About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaner Supervisor to join our team at Allnations Building Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our buildings and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Cleaning Staff

You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our clients.

Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates

You will be responsible for preparing budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations, ensuring that we are operating within our means and that our clients are receiving value for money.

Recommend Additional Services

You will be responsible for recommending additional services such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment to ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Maintain Financial Records

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including budgets, cost estimates and invoices.

Assist Cleaners in Performing Duties

You will be responsible for assisting our cleaning staff in performing their duties, providing guidance and support as needed.

Co-ordinate Work Activities

You will be responsible for co-ordinating work activities with other departments, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Establish Work Schedules

You will be responsible for establishing work schedules for our cleaning staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our clients.
