Floral Merchandising Specialist

About the Position
Brand Momentum is currently seeking a skilled Merchandising Specialist to work independently at one retail location, approximately 3-4 hours per week, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform merchandising tasks at one retail store, including restocking and maintaining sections to ensure a visually appealing display.
- Address out-of-stock issues and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Water plants and flowers, and submit daily visit reports.
- Visit the store twice a week to ensure optimal product presentation and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the store manager to ensure seamless execution of merchandising tasks.
- Remove dead leaves and blooms, and unsalable products to maintain a high level of product quality.
- Take photos of the display to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
- Previous merchandising experience is an asset, but not required.
- Must have a smartphone and access to the internet.
- Home location preferably within 10 KM of the retail store.
