About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Merchandising Specialist to join our dynamic team at Brand Momentum. As a key member of our national sales and merchandising team, you will be responsible for maintaining sections, restocking, and ensuring the overall appearance of our floral displays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform merchandising tasks at one retail store, including maintaining sections, restocking, and addressing out-of-stock issues.
  • Ensure the dead plants are removed and the displays are clean and dust-free.
  • Submit daily visit reports and maintain a good relationship with the store manager.
  • Remove any dead leaves or blooms and take photos of the display.
  • Visit the store twice a week to ensure the displays are well-maintained.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A smartphone and access to the internet.
  • The ability to lift up to 25lbs.
About You

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about gardening and has a green thumb. If you have experience as a merchandiser in a supermarket, this is an advantage.
