About the Role

This full-time position reports directly to the Service Manager and requires travel up to 50-60% of the time, primarily Monday through Friday with occasional weekends. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing various instrumentation products, including Magnetrol Level Controls, Servomex Analytical Instrumentation, Draeger Gas Detection, Tracerco Nuclear Instrumentation, Weatherford Production Optimization, and Ultrasonic Flow Technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, commission, and start-up instrumentation systems
  • Provide technical support and repair services for customers
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and customer interactions
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical developments
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A mechanical aptitude and proficiency in using tools
  • Education in the instrumentation field or equivalent experience
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of communication protocols, networking, control systems, and PLCs
  • A flexible schedule and ability to mobilize on short notice
