Job Title: Business Analyst CRM

At Lakhos, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst CRM to join our team. As a Business Analyst CRM, you will play a critical role in identifying business needs, defining implementation strategies, and developing solution designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Participate in regular strategic workshops to ensure project steps are respected and customer needs are met.
  • Maintain well-documented requirements and participate in regular updates.
  • Develop training materials and guides for customers to ensure software adoption.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or marketing operations.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus.
  • Ability to map business processes using the BPMN method.
  • Proven ability to work with internal teams on projects.
  • Strong ability to research system requirements and determine the steps required for proper configuration.
