Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Youth Worker. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of young people and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and guidance to youth in a variety of settings, including community programs and events.
  • Develop and implement programs and activities that promote youth development and engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with youth, families, and community partners.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve program goals and objectives.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Team player.
  • Leadership skills.
Work Environment
