Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Drumheller Subway. Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
    • Hire and manage food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they meet the needs of our customers.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
    • Prepare and submit reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Customer Service and Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences.
    • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that all food is presented to the highest standards.
  • Team Management and Development
    • Establish work schedules, ensuring that our team members have the necessary resources and support to meet their responsibilities.
    • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities, empowering our team members to reach their full potential.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
