Store Manager Job Description

Are you ready to take on a challenging role in a dynamic retail environment?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Dollarama L.P. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily retail store operation, including day-to-day operations, merchandising activities, recruitment and training of new employees, scheduling and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the daily retail store operation
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of retail sales associates
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in the retail industry
  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a team management position
  • Flexible availability required (day, evening, weekend)
  • Good leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to efficiently organize time and manage priorities
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and high-volume environment
