The EHS Manager will play a pivotal role in championing the development of a proactive, diligent safety culture at Fero International Inc. in alignment with applicable legislative requirements and leading industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and continuously oversee Fero's EHS Program, designing and implementing effective strategies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Lead the development of policies, procedures, and training programs to promote a culture of safety and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential hazards, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on EHS policies and procedures, and investigate incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Proven experience in EHS management, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Ability to develop and implement effective EHS programs and policies.
