About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at 1405871 B.C. LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate Cleaning Activities: Plan and coordinate the cleaning schedule to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned to a high standard.
  • Inspect Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify any areas that require attention and ensure that all cleaning and maintenance standards are met.
  • Prepare Budgets: Develop and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and services to ensure that we are getting the best value for our money.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting or repairs, and recommend these to management.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Keep accurate records of all financial transactions related to cleaning and maintenance.
  • Receive Payments: Handle payments for specialized cleaning jobs and ensure that all financial transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to cleaning staff as needed to ensure that they are able to perform their duties effectively.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and manage work schedules for cleaning staff to ensure that all areas of the facility are covered.
Requirements
  • Criminal Record Check: A criminal record check is required for this position.
  • Work Conditions: This role requires working in a fast-paced environment and may involve physically demanding tasks.
  • Physical Capabilities: The successful candidate will be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: We are looking for a candidate with excellent client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and initiative.
  • Experience: The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
