Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Three Star Janitorial Services. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to identify areas that require improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services and materials.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment as needed.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that cleaning staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
