Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare equipment and work areas for manufacturing, adhering to established procedures and GMP guidelines.
- Operate specialized equipment for weighing, mixing, granulation, drying, compression, encapsulation, and embedding.
- Perform in-process testing, including weight, hardness, thickness, disintegration, and LOD checks.
- Maintain accurate production records, document processes, and calculate yield.
- Clean equipment and work areas as required, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of GMP principles and practices.
- Good mechanical skills and ability to work with precision.
- Autonomous and team-oriented, with basic computer knowledge.
Working Conditions:
- May be required to move heavy equipment or raw materials (up to 50 kg).
