Senior Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries and concerns, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Upsell and cross-sell our products and services to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
