About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Landscape Gardener Helper to join our team at A & J Gardening Ltd. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our gardens and outdoor spaces are well-maintained and look their best.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and weeding.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, such as lawn mowers and trimmers.
  • Remove litter and garbage from outdoor areas.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens.
  • Provide physical accessibility accommodations for clients and visitors.
  • Support social and labour market integration of newcomers and refugees.
  • Participate in government or community programs that support persons with disabilities, newcomers, and refugees.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience.
  • Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
