As a member of our Retail Team, you'll work closely with our Store Manager to develop floor plans and set up visually appealing displays that drive sales and engage customers. You'll also coordinate with our Assistant Store Manager to ensure the sales floor is maintained to the highest visual standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing visual display plans that align with EQ3's brand aesthetic \t
  • Collaborating with the Store Manager to execute events, projects, and promotions \t
  • Overseeing sales floor maintenance and ensuring all rooms meet visual standards \t
  • Communicating with the Regional Visual Coordinator to suggest ideas and adjustments for the store front \t
  • Maintaining point of purchase materials and ensuring they're up to date

Requirements include:

  • \t
  • Two years of experience in visual merchandising, with a focus on window displays, signs, and interior displays \t
  • Proficiency in retail operations and systems, including Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD \t
  • A creative brain with an eye for detail, color, and appealing design \t
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to meet targets and improve quality and performance \t
  • Knowledge of the retail furniture industry and current trends
