About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Visual Support Associate to join our Store team at Harry Rosen Inc.

As a Visual Support Associate, you'll play a key role in maintaining the visual appeal of our stores, ensuring that our merchandise is displayed in a way that showcases our luxury menswear offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Champion the maintenance of store merchandise and maintain stock levels to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  2. Support our logistics team in placing and locating products on the sales floor, ensuring that our visual displays are always on point.
  3. Assist with seasonal merchandise changes and special events, bringing our stores to life with engaging visual displays.
Requirements
  1. Strong service orientation and attention to detail, with experience in various departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing, and made-to-measure.
  2. Flexible and adaptable, able to respond to the needs of the store at any given time.
  3. The ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve our goals.
  4. A strong sense of aesthetics when it comes to merchandising and visual displays, optimizing the customer experience when navigating the store.
