Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Production Utility Specialist to join our team at Pratt Industries, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and have the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Perform a variety of tasks on the manufacturing floor to support the production process.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to equipment and machinery.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-6 months of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

**Work Environment:**

The Production Utility Specialist will work in a dynamic manufacturing environment, where they will be exposed to moving mechanical parts, wet and/or humid conditions, and high noise levels. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
