Driven Brands is seeking a highly skilled Material Handler to join our team. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials and supplies throughout our facilities.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage inventory levels, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and provide exceptional customer service.

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate information that requires some explanation or interpretation to colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Operate forklifts and hand trucks according to standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain inventory levels adhering to just-in-time manufacturing principles.
  • Responsible for quality and safety control within the warehouse.
  • Determine when equipment should be upgraded or replaced.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to their inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license.
  • The ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning.
  • Manual dexterity required for operating machinery.
  • Capable of working any day of the week, including Sundays, and working in hot/cold weather conditions.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use a keyboard and mouse to collect and enter information into a point of sale system.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
  • A comfort level working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks to accomplish goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A state-issued forklift operating license.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $42,000-$52,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Driven Brands offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
