Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited is seeking a skilled Casino Host to join our team

About the Role:

We are looking for a charismatic and knowledgeable individual to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Casino Host, you will be responsible for managing the flow of the restaurant, generating customer loyalty, and processing reservations and seating arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with guests and provide a premium experience.
  • Initiate conversations with guests and ensure their needs are met.
  • Work well under pressure and juggle multiple tasks.
  • Benefit from working flexible hours, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements:

  • Host/hostess experience in the hospitality/food service industry preferred.
  • Cash handling experience using a POS system or cashier register.
  • Tourism, promotion, marketing, entertainment, or event training experience preferred.
  • Serving It Right (BC)/Proserve (Alberta) certificate/Smart Serve (Ontario).
  • World Host/Super Host certificate or other similar customer service programs preferred.
