About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at R Wireless. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide personalized recommendations to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our latest products and services, and be able to answer customer questions and concerns.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Promote our products and services, and maintain a visually appealing store environment to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Operational Tasks: Process transactions, manage cash and credit sales, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, and provide support and guidance to new team members.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail sales experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
