Restaurant Assistant Manager Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant leadership team, you will be responsible for empowering and leading your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a diverse team of restaurant staff to achieve high standards of operation and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment, training, and coaching strategies to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Owner to set and achieve business goals, including sales targets and cost management.
  • Ensure a respectful and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication and understanding.
  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of quick service experience in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of recruiting, training, and coaching team members to achieve high standards.
  • Strong operational experience, with a focus on guest service and team development.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
