Operations Director

Fat Bastard Burrito Co. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our operations team, ensuring that our goals and objectives are met.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to achieve business objectives.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Representation: Represent the company in negotiations and official functions, ensuring that our interests are represented.
- Staff Management: Select, train, and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in operations management or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Access, and database management.
