Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Edo Japan Ft. Richmond. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Inventory Management: Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure a smooth service.
  • Food Preparation: Package take-out food and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders, advise on menu selections, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
