- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Financial Management: Establish and manage financial controls, budgets, and forecasts to ensure the financial health of the organization.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficient operation of all business functions, including human resources, marketing, and sales.
- Stakeholder Management: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a business development or operations capacity.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position, working 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent time management and organizational skills.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
