- Ensuring Retail Investments Distribution teams remain current and proficient in product application and technical knowledge
- Driving significant growth in all Retail Insurance and Investments lines of business by providing value-added services to the Sales Division staff, advisors and distribution channels
- Collaborating with Retail Marketing and Product Actuarial in the effective development and delivery of specific solutions to distribution network including concept development and support
