Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate, Benefits to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive and strategic benefit analytics and administration support to the Rewards team to deliver key business results.
Key Responsibilities:- Benefit Plan Analysis: Analyze benefit plan utilization, trends, and costs to identify opportunities for efficiencies and process improvements.
- Benefits Strategy Development: Assist in the development of benefit program recommendations and strategies for improved employee engagement.
- Metrics and Dashboards: Consult with the team in the development of metrics and dashboards to measure benefit program effectiveness.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Analyze compliance testing results and reconcile data discrepancies to ensure benefit plan data integrity.
- Vendor Management: Responsible for vendor management of all benefit plans to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
- Benefits Administration: Supervise total benefit costs against budget and coordinate monthly benefit account reconciliations.
- Mergers and Acquisitions: Assist in Mergers and Acquisitions by bringing together data, preparing due diligence plan comparisons, and high-level summary analysis.
- Employee Support: Support benefit team on day-to-day administration, resolving employee concerns, special projects, and initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits: LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $96,900 – $180,100. Please be aware that base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city, and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/bonus plan). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills, and equivalent experience.
