Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Director to join our team at WELLANDING IMMIGRATION INC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization and making strategic decisions to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Management: Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure the organization's financial stability and growth.
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the finance team, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to achieve their goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring that the organization's assets are protected and its reputation is maintained.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure that the organization's financial operations are in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a senior financial management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
