Loss Prevention Monitor

At London Drugs, we strive to provide exceptional customer service while protecting our assets. The Loss Prevention Monitor is a vital member of our team, responsible for monitoring company locations and responding to incidents in a professional and efficient manner. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Protect company assets and reduce losses
  • Remote monitoring of designated company locations
  • Provide dispatch information to emergency responders as needed
  • Prepare incident reports and evidence packages
  • Conduct daily compliance audits
  • Conduct telephone interviews

Requirements
  • Current provincial security worker license with a security guard or security monitor designation
  • First Aid & W.H.I.M.I.S. training
  • Basic working knowledge of computers, networks, and security systems
  • Understanding of criminal code sections applicable to Loss Prevention
  • Education in criminology, emergency management, justice, or security management is an asset
